The goal of this project is to provide some insight, wisdom, and personal experience in order to empower and inform runners to be their healthiest, strongest, and happiest selves.

Throughout my own running career, I have realized there are numerous issues that female runners face, and they are just not talked about enough. My hope is that this website is raw, real, and will give you the information and resources you need to enjoy a long, healthy athletic career.
